0777cx Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 0777cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website accessible at 0777cx.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 0777cx Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 0777cx, including casual visitors, registered members, and any third parties who access the Platform on behalf of a registered user.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 0777cx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 0777cx does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 0777cx Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

0777cx reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 0777cx is lawful in your location within Pakistan or elsewhere. 0777cx does not make any representation that its services are lawful in all locations from which they may be accessed.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 0777cx Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0777cx login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 0777cx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

0777cx reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 0777cx are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Players may fund their 0777cx account via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
• Processing Times: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with the player's account. 0777cx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits.
• KYC Verification: Before processing withdrawal requests, 0777cx may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of the payment method used.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method or account tier.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any income tax or other tax obligations on winnings. 0777cx does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on 0777cx is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where 0777cx offers an explicit cash-out facility for a particular market.
• 0777cx reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were opened or settled in error, including incorrect odds, system errors, or data feed failures.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 0777cx's decision — based on official result data — is final. For cricket markets including PSL, T20I, and ODI series, results are determined using official match data from the governing body.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network conditions. 0777cx is not liable for bets that cannot be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Casino game outcomes on 0777cx are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The house edge for each game is inherent in the game design and is disclosed within game information panels.
• 0777cx reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or refuse bets at its discretion — including for players it identifies as professional or syndicated bettors.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

0777cx offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and expiry dates. These are published with each offer and form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to player accounts in PKR and must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type.
• Where a bonus is restricted to specific games — for example, PSL cricket betting markets or selected slot titles — using the bonus on non-qualifying games may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• 0777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0777cx Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any activity that constitutes fraud against 0777cx or its gaming providers
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems or game integrity
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws
• Allowing or facilitating access by a minor to your 0777cx account
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits or otherwise disputing valid transactions through your payment provider

Violation of any prohibited conduct listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 0777cx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data structures, and the 0777cx brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of 0777cx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 0777cx content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any 0777cx intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0777cx, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical errors, Platform downtime, or connectivity failures beyond 0777cx's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, even if 0777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Losses arising from a player's own decisions regarding betting or gaming activity

In no event shall 0777cx's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0777cx makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

0777cx is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we actively promote responsible gaming practices.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their 0777cx account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold for a defined period
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts after a set duration of continuous play
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform — requests are actioned within 24 hours

11. Account Closure

Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

0777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or at 0777cx's discretion for business reasons. In cases of fraud or Terms violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Amendments to Terms

0777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will take effect within a reasonable notice period as stated in the communication. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law as applied by the Platform's licensing and operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 0777cx Platform shall first be referred to the 0777cx customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it may be escalated to the Platform's management team, whose decision will be final and binding to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
